Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets a full 14-day free trial on the plan you choose. Card required - you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and pay nothing. You see the real product from day one, not a locked-down demo version.
What happens when my trial ends?
Because a card is required at signup, your paid plan starts automatically on day 15 — there's nothing extra to do. If you don't want to continue, cancel any time before day 15 and you won't be charged. If a payment later fails, we retry over several days before any access changes, and your data is always retained and recoverable.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade immediately and the new modules activate right away — billing is prorated so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. No hidden charges, no surprise invoices.
Why isn't Bizosto per-user like other tools?

Can I enable or disable specific modules?
Yes. Your workspace admin can turn modules on or off at any time. If your team doesn't use HR yet, keep it off. Enable it when you need it — your plan tier determines which modules are available.
Is there a fee when clients pay through Bizosto?
Only on the Enterprise plan, and only when your own clients pay their invoices through Bizosto's built-in Stripe Connect payments. In that case a 0.5% platform handling fee applies on top of Stripe's standard processing fee. It never applies to your Bizosto subscription, and Starter and Pro have no such fee.
How does Bizosto compare to Zoho or HubSpot?
